The founding Directors of Placement Portal have between them over 37 years experience as Social Work professionals working with Children and Young People in various Local Authority and Private settings.

The experience of the Directors is further underpinned by their professional qualifications in Teaching, Social Work and Management. These include;

• Certificate in Education
• Certificate of Qualification in Social Work
• NVQ Level III in Caring for Children and Young People
• NVQ Level IV Care and Management

The Directors have Enhanced CRB Disclosure Certificates and have worked as Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals, Child Protection Social Workers, Court Officers, Intermediate Treatment Managers, Children and Families Team Social Workers, Youth Offending Team Social Workers and Business Development Managers. Additionally they have many years experience of acting as Directors of hugely successful Private Limited Companies.

With such professionally relevant experience and knowledge of the children and young person's care sector informing the ethos and governance of Placement Portal, the company is committed to helping Commissioners and providers of children's services work together effectively, to promote and achieve positive outcomes for all children and young people.
